How deals are found
We use automated tools to surface price drops, discounts and limited-time offers across the categories we cover. Automation helps us move quickly, especially when prices change throughout the day.
Our longer guides and buying roundups are handled separately from the live deal feed. They are written around a specific shopping problem or search intent, with products and offers selected because they fit that topic — not just because a commission may be available.
What we look at
- Current price compared with the product’s normal or recent price when available
- Whether the discount is meaningful rather than just a flashy percentage
- Availability and any important restrictions
- Whether the product actually fits the guide or problem we are trying to solve
- Whether a promo code is clearly provided and usable — we do not invent codes
Prices and availability change
Deals can disappear fast. A price, coupon or promo code that worked when we found it may change later, so the retailer’s checkout page is always the final source of truth.
